Service requests
The online form stores the contact details, property information, system, timing and message you submit in the website’s restricted intake database. Authorized administrators can review and assign requests, record follow-up notes and update sales stages. Submission confirms storage; it does not confirm an appointment or dispatch. Avoid including passwords, credentials, access codes or unnecessary sensitive information.
Email updates
The signup form stores your email address, signup time and consent to receive offers, solutions, services and updates. It does not automatically send a marketing email. Request removal by emailing support@1stkeytg.com. Service-request contact consent is separate from marketing signup.
Website measurement
Optional measurement is off until you allow it in Cookie Settings or the website privacy choices. With permission, the site records a random browser-session identifier, page paths, selected actions, campaign codes and the referring website’s hostname. Browser storage retains first and last known source information and refreshes the session after 30 minutes of inactivity. If you submit a request while measurement is enabled, that source information is linked to the request so the team can understand which sources lead to qualified opportunities and sales. An optional “How did you find us?” answer is part of the request even when measurement is off. Event collection excludes form contents, search terms and complete query strings. Phone-link clicks do not confirm completed calls.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep optional collection off. Changing a choice stops future collection and clears this browser’s source storage; it does not remove earlier records. If a Google Analytics destination is connected, it loads only with measurement permission and advertising features are disabled in this site’s configuration. The hosting provider processes technical logs to operate and secure the site. A daily network-address hash limits automated submissions; expired rate-limit records are removed during subsequent API activity.
Access and service providers
The website uses hosting and database services to store and process submissions. When team email alerts are connected, the delivery provider processes the team recipient, request reference and restricted inbox link; the full customer message stays in the inbox. The restricted team area uses ChatGPT sign-in and an administrator allowlist. Public visitors do not need an account to request service. External Google, LinkedIn and other linked services operate under their own policies; selected LinkedIn embeds load when requested.
Retention and requests
Request records are retained for follow-up and business recordkeeping until reviewed and removed under the company’s procedures. Use Data Privacy Requests or contact support@1stkeytg.com to request access, correction, deletion or removal from email updates. Do not submit additional sensitive information with a privacy request. This notice will be updated when processing practices change.
