Source to qualified opportunity to sale

Request sources · last 90 days

Sources use the last known non-direct visit when measurement is allowed, otherwise the customer’s optional answer or “unattributed.” Counts follow the same request cohort through its recorded milestones.

Campaigns and consented website activity

Campaigns linked to requests

Optional website activity

These sessions and actions include only visitors who allowed measurement. Phone clicks do not confirm completed calls. Their counts are not a denominator for all requests.

Follow-up due

Open requests need an owner and a next follow-up date. The default deadline is an internal reminder, not a customer response promise.

Notifications and delivery health

New requests, owner changes and due follow-ups create durable inbox notifications. Provider acceptance and confirmed delivery are separate states.

Customer requests

Assignment and measurement settings

Each queue routes new requests to an authorized team member. Existing requests retain their owner until a team member reassigns them.

First-party source and sales reporting works independently of GA4. A real GA4 ID enables consented website events, including a successful request as generate_lead; sales milestones are recorded in this workspace.

Email delivery connection and unattended monitoring

Configure the Site’s secure environment variables with a real delivery account: RESEND_API_KEY, a verified sender in NOTIFICATION_FROM, and RESEND_WEBHOOK_SECRET. Subscribe the provider webhook to delivered, bounced, failed and complained events at /api/notifications/webhook. Keep ADMIN_EMAILS limited to the authorized team. Never put credentials in this form or customer notes.

The outbox uses durable jobs, deduplication, bounded retries and a lease to avoid overlapping sends. Email processing runs on new requests, staff changes, a manual processing action, and refreshes while this inbox is open. An accepted message remains unconfirmed until a signed delivery event arrives.

The Site’s hourly ChatGPT monitoring task can report new requests, overdue follow-ups, unassigned requests and delivery problems while the inbox is closed. Check its status in Site tasks. It does not send email or change customer records. Browser alerts work only while this page is open and permitted by the browser.

Evidence for the next publication

Drafts stay private. A source link should point to a company-approved document or photo folder. Review permission, factual accuracy and technical applicability before a future website publication.

Email update requests

These addresses consented to email updates. No mailing campaign runs automatically. Honor removal requests before the next send.
